Los Angele police say 41-year-old Miguel Angel Iniguez of Inglewood was arrested Friday while working at the airport.     Dry ice bombs have exploded for two successive nights in restricted areas at Los Angeles international airport, the world's sixth busiest. Two other devices that were found on Monday night before they detonated appeared to have been placed outside the main terminal buildings in an area near planes, according to television news footage. Detectives in America are investigating how the bombs, which consisted of water containers packed with dry ice, were planted in locations where access is barred to the public.
