Bank records exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com show Hunter Biden used his business account to pay for suspected prostitutes, pimps, smoking paraphernalia, and a DC club frequented by congress members – as well as sending money to his father. The newly uncovered bank records are among the voluminous evidence used by Special Counsel David Weiss to bring nine federal tax charges against Hunter in an indictment claiming he lived a 'lavish lifestyle' while deliberately failing to pay his taxes. The 22-page Wells Fargo statement from September 2018 details a wild and profligate month had by the First Son, even as his...

7 elementary school staff hire lawyers Fallsburg police investigating the reported discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia in a faculty bathroom at Benjamin Cosor Elementary School say the refusal by a group of teachers to cooperate is hampering their probe. No one has been charged, but six teachers and an aide were identified as having used the men's room before a school staff member reportedly found a heroin baggie on Feb. 11. Just before the winter break in December, heroin and needles were reportedly found in the same bathroom. Each of the seven faculty members initially agreed to give urine...

N.C. law enforcement seize drug-related items from stores GARY D. ROBERTSON Associated Press RALEIGH, N.C. - The federal government is going on the offensive against drug paraphernalia, seizing pipes, clips and other items from a half-dozen stores in eastern North Carolina. Federal prosecutors said Monday the searches and seizures are the first in a new campaign designed to make it harder to find materials that could entice teenagers to begin smoking marijuana. "The distribution of drug paraphernalia is a federal felony," U.S. Attorney Frank Whitney said at a news conference in Raleigh. "If we can cut down on the demand...

But when sold in combination, they likely meet the definition of illegal drug paraphernalia, local police say. An area convenience store is being investigated for packaging and selling paraphernalia that is commonly used for smoking crack cocaine, according to Texarkana, Ark., Police Department reports. Officer Reid Davis said he and Sgt. Keith Barr found between 30 and 50 brown paper bags of packaged drug paraphernalia being sold at...
