SAN ANTONIO, Texas (WOAI) — Police officers said they stopped and arrested a man who allegedly said he was on his way to a church with a gun to "fulfill what he called a prophecy." The Seguin Police Department said in a Facebook post they stopped a man Sunday morning just before 7 a.m. on 2400 West Kingsbury Street who was carrying what was believed to be a handgun. An officer arrived at the scene and saw that the man was wearing tactical style clothing, a surgical face shield and was carrying a loaded gun with extra ammunition. Authorities said...
