Fifteen years ago, when a man murdered several Amish children, the victims' families and community not only forgave the man responsible — but they also embraced his family, because his family was suffering too. Today, Glenn says, the world is responding to the decision made yesterday in the George Floyd trial, which found former police officer Derek Chauvin guilty on all three charges. Whether or not you agree with the jury's decision, don't forget that Chauvin's family — just like George Floyd's family — also lost somebody they love. So, in order to heal as a nation, let us remember...
