Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) on Wednesday congratulated Katie Hobbs (D) on her victory to succeed him after Republican nominee Kari Lake declined to concede the race. Hobbs was declared the winner of the high-profile gubernatorial race last week, and Ducey on Wednesday met with her and offered his full support to begin the transition amid GOP allegations of voter disenfranchisement.

The Trump-hating Arizona Secretary of State on Monday certified the state’s false election results. Secretary of State Katie Hobbs previously called Trump supporters “neo-nazis.” Katie Hobbs rushed to certify the election results despite major concerns about voting machine security, statistically improbable vote dumps in Maricopa County and other irregularities. Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R), who previously vowed to wait to certify the election results until all litigation was resolved, also rushed to certify AZ’s results on Monday.

Arizona Gov. Doug Doucey called for the state health department to investigate and review regulations that will prohibit the illegal sales of fetal tissue. The announcement Monday follows investigations announced by other states and several congressional committees in response to the release of an undercover video made by anti-abortion activists that captured a Planned Parenthood official discussing the sale of fetal parts.
