ROTTERDAM, Netherlands- A bomb blast shattered windows and blew out walls at a police post near the port city of Rotterdam in a pre-dawn attack Wednesday. The building was unstaffed and there were no injuries, police said. Police combed the area for the assailant, who apparently escaped on a motor scooter after throwing an explosive devise through the window.
