The Warning Was Sounded — But No One Wanted to Listen There may come a time, years from now, when future generations will ask: “How did they let it happen?” How did nations as strong, as historic, and as proud as those in Europe — the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands — fall into decline so quickly, and so obviously? The answer will not be complicated. They were warned. And they didn’t want to listen. The UK Is the Canary in the Coal Mine The United Kingdom, once an empire that spanned the globe, now finds itself shrinking — not...

VIDEOI wasn't at all prepared for how incredibly YUUUUUUGE the Jeronimos Monastery in Lisbon would be. At least two full city blocks in length. So big that a single photo can't capture all of it. Even using my cell phone camera video to show you a panoramic hview of it fell short. The good news is that if you don't have the patience to wait several hours on line, the view from the outside is more impressive than the view on the inside where the building is divided into segments which permit only a smaller view. Therefore the BEST view...

I think that men and women should be treated as equal in everything except the three female spheres of activity of being pregnant, giving birth and breast feeding. But I think that there are subtle differences in abilities and tendencies between men and women such as a slight tendency for women to be more empathetic than men. Overall, empathy is also a very common quality in men, but my life experience has been to see a little more empathy in women than in men. To me there is an emotional beauty in the way that the Fitzroy footballer pictured in...
