Two men and two teens were charged in connection with a weeklong vandalism spree during which cinder blocks were thrown into at least 114 vehicles in Palm Bay and Melbourne. Madison Warren and David Raulerson, both 18, and two teenage boys were charged with felony criminal mischief in connection with the damage, said Yvonne Martinez, Palm Bay police spokeswoman.
