Henry repeatedly laughed an cackled when talking about New Delhi’s chief minister, Sheila Dikshit. But some aren’t finding it funny.... Henry’s outburst enraged Indian officials, especially considering his seemingly racists comments. “I‘ve known about her for a while and I’ve been laughing ever since,” he said, and then added, “It‘s so appropriate because she’s Indian.”
