Hagee presented the Bronze Star Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device to Sgt. Matthew S. Scarborough, a TOW gunner with Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment at the Camp Fallujah Chapel of Hope.
