Just saw Romney's acceptance speech. Just when you though America couldn't get in the stuff any deeper. How utterly sad that this is the best we can come up with.

The current “comprehensive” immigration bill, S 1639, is so bad that doing nothing would be better. The issue is about enforcing the law. If we don’t enforce the law, we undermine it. When the Simpson-Mazzoli bill passed in 1986, we legalized about three million illegals, claiming the problem was “unmanageable.” Now we have somewhere from 12-20 million of them. Legalizing them will only encourage more millions (some have estimated 60-100 million) to come to this country, believing that they will eventually be legalized. Where does the flow stop?
