A Norwalk man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he cast votes in three elections on behalf of his mother, years after her death. Abutin allegedly voted in three elections between October 2012 and November 2014, claiming to be his mother, while also casting votes on his own behalf, according to the District Attorney's Office. The defendant's mother died in July 2006 at the age of 67....

The body didn't appear to have injuries or trauma. There was an orange juice container found inside the plastic wrap that the body was in. The container was marked with a 2003 date but authorities aren't sure if the woman had the container with her when she died or if it fell into the wrap because of the hoarding conditions of the house.

MIAMI, Florida (Reuters) -- An Oklahoma woman drove around for days with her mother's decomposing body in the passenger seat of her car, Florida investigators said Thursday. Sheriff's deputies found the woman's body Tuesday in a car parked outside a Wal-Mart store in the northeast Florida city of Palm Coast. The medical examiner ruled the 65-year-old woman had died of natural causes at least five days earlier.
