There are devils, Evil devils. Nixonian evil devils. And then there's Donald Trump. He takes evil to "a new level." That was the Morning Joe take today. Joe Scarborough said that Richard Nixon "used to be seen as the embodiment of evil by many in the Oval Office." Scarborough then quoted the unhinged leftist Hunter S. Thompson: "Richard Nixon was an evil man, evil in a way that only those who believe in the physical reality of the devil can understand. He was utterly without any ethics or morals, or any bedrock sense of decency." But Scarborough took issue with...

Joe Scarborough's split political personality was on glaring display on today's Morning Joe. On the one hand, there was Scarborough's seething hatred of Donald Trump. The clip begins with Scarborough shouting: "he's guilty! He's guilty!" Scarborough also offered a relatively objective take that Ron DeSantis' brand of politics could be the winning formula for Republicans in 2024. But heaven forbid that Scarborough should say too many positive things about a potential 2024 Republican presidential contender. And thus Joe was obliged to balance his praise for the DeSantis brand by taking some serious shots at the Florida governor. Scarborough alleged that...

Be careful what you wish for, liberal media: you might get it. Morning Joe was in a great good mood today, glorying in the absence of a midterm red wave. And Joe Scarborough wasted no time in taunting Donald Trump. Willie Geist is normally the most even-handed of the Morning Joe crew. So it was surprising that he authored the unkindest cut of all. Referring to Ron DeSantis's stunning victory in the Florida governor's race, in which he won by almost 20 points and carried outright the traditional Dem stronghold of Miami-Dade, Willie said: "It would appear this morning, this...

If you hadn't noticed, Joe Scarborough's transformation from hardcore conservative to partisan Democrat is complete. On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough waxed nostalgic over the 1998 midterm elections, when Rush Limbaugh was wrong in anticipating a Republican triumph after the Year of Lewinsky, and instead, Democrats enjoyed what Scarborough described as a "glorious night."Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Scarborough on the black Republican Herschel Walker: When I see Herschel out there, I actually see that as a tragedy for Herschel and his family. He doesn't belong there. He's been pushed out there by power -- by Donald Trump. He's not ready for primetime. And he keeps saying things that are just absolutely humiliating....He's not fit for the job. Not qualified for the job. And, and, and doesn't, [deep sigh] he doesn't have the capacity to effectively be a United States senator." Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

There's that famous scene from A Day At The Races in which a woman keeps urging Groucho Marx to hold her, "closer, closer." Eventually, Groucho says: "If I hold you any closer, I'll be in back of you! Something similar could be said about the liberal media's endless proclamations, as NewsBusters has documented here and here, that the walls are "closing in" on Donald Trump. So, like Groucho with the lady, how much closer can the walls of the potential prosecution of Donald Trump get before they're behind him? Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

On Friday's Morning Joe, making the case for why Biden's blatantly partisan-political speech on Thursday night was justified, Joe Scarborough claimed: "You have Lindsey Graham talking about if, if Donald Trump's held to the same standard as every other American, then Republicans are going to go out and burn down cities. MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Monday called on conservatives to join him in not believing the “lies” coming from former President Donald Trump regarding the FBI’s raid of the former president’s Mar-a-Lago home. The former GOP congressman said anybody who still believed Trump’s lies was “stupid” and needed help from a “professional.”

At the end of his rant, Scarborough again poured gasoline on the fires of racial and religious resentment. Repeating an accusation that we noted last year, Scarborough said: "Most of the people you see in these videos are white. I said it the day after, if these were black protesters, you better believe the cops would have been up there in a second. If they were Muslims, there would have been cops standing on top of the buildings with rifles and gunning them all down. I mean, there's no doubt! There's no doubt in my mind that these people were...

Joe Scarborough is at it again: getting fixated on a word or phrase, and repeating it ad nauseam. Joe might think he's being clever or impactful, but eventually, people become inured and bored by his endless repetition. We've documented sad Scarborough's verbal compulsions before, on everything from "bedbugs" to "toilets." Scarborough's Morning Joe hobby horse o' the day was "prairie dogs." In the first hour, the panel pronounced the term no fewer than 19 times. It came in the context of denouncing Sen John Thune (R-S.D.) and other Republicans who decline to ban "assault weapons" because they say their constituents...

During the Monday episode of “Morning Joe,” the popular MSNBC host informed his audience that the AR-15 weapon is more powerful than the weapons used by America in Vietnam. Of course, that’s complete fiction and utter nonsense, but that didn’t stop him from lying again. Where the hell is Scarborough getting his information from? A simple Google search will tell you that the idea that the AR-15 is more lethal, powerful or deadly than the M16s used in Vietnam is downright laughable.

MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Tuesday reacted to the GOP pushback to the upcoming January 6 primetime hearings. Scarborough argued that Republicans like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) were “trying to distract” from the hearings in their criticism of the televised hearings. He advised that “if you really love America” and “believe in American democracy,” then “you want to know what happened on January 6.”

In defending House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s pro-abortion stances, MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough suggested Tuesday that Jesus Christ was not against abortion. The MSNBC host accused pro-life activists of “dragging the politics of abortion up into the altar of the church,” noting that the Southern Baptist Church, to which he says he belongs, was “effectively pro-choice until 1980.” “This wasn’t about Jesus. It was about politics. That was the rise of the moral majority in 1980, bringing abortion politics into the pews of Republican-leaning churches,” he said. Scarborough then claimed that Jesus “never once mentioned” abortion in the gospels, though most religions...

MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Thursday argued that the record-high inflation was not a result of President Joe Biden’s policies. Scarborough asserted it was a “lie” whenever he heard Republicans blame Biden’s policies for the high prices across the country. According to the MSNBC host, Russia’s attack on Ukraine, the coronavirus pandemic, and China’s “insane COVID policy” have all resulted in a “global phenomenon” with prices.

In going all-in on Thursday in support of Joe Biden's claim that the Republican agenda is "extreme," Morning Joe plummeted to disgusting new depths. Mika Brzezinski said that Biden's description of the MAGA agenda as "extreme" doesn't go far enough! "Extreme" is somehow "still in the category of normal." Joe Scarborough repeatedly called Trump-supporting candidates "MAGA freaks." He then took it a vulgar step further: "What lies ahead if Trumpists keep winning? It’s just getting worse . . . These people are, if I can quote Aristotle, here, crazy as a sh--house rat."Get the rest of the story and view...

Joe Scarborough, keep your hands off Holocaust Remembrance Day, and stop exploiting it for your cheap political purposes. Scarborough opened today's Morning Joe by noting that today is Holocaust Remembrance Day, then promptly moved to use it for his political ends. Scarborough twice sought to associate the Republican party with neo-fascism. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Friday reacted to alleged audio of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) telling Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) that he would recommend then-President Donald Trump resign over the January 6 Capitol riot. Scarborough said McCarthy, who has denied saying he would recommend Trump resign, just never learned that “you can’t bow and scrape to Donald Trump enough” because “he will end up throwing you under the bus at the end no matter what.”

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough made clear his anger at any people who dared to offer "snarky" critiques of President Biden's "historic" handling of the Ukraine situation. And in particular, Scarborough would not tolerate any "clown" who would suggest that Donald Trump might have done a better job than Biden. Get the rest of the story and view the video now.

MSNBC “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough on Friday called on Democrats to listen to Hillary Clinton and focus on calling out the “do-nothing Republicans.” Scarborough said highlighting that the House GOP doing “absolutely nothing” “would not be a bad theme for Democrats to pick up” ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

When Biden's going gets tough, his toughest dead-enders in the liberal media get going. Yesterday brought the latest polling blow: Biden's approval rating has sunk to an abysmal 39% in the Harvard CAPS/Harris poll. Pro tip: any poll that has "Harvard" in its name is definitely not biased against Biden! And sure enough, the Morning Joe crew was out there today, doing its best to 'splain away Biden's dwindling support. First up was Jonathan Lemire, who in an exquisite bit of understatement called Biden's poll numbers "not all that high." Sort of like Mario Mendoza's batting average, Jonathan? Get the...
