Washington Pastor & Chaplain Sentenced to 30 Years for Child Sexual Abuse, Creating CSAM
Last week, David Roger Franklin, 68, was handed a life sentence after pleading guilty to three counts of producing child sexual abuse material, as well as a count of possessing child sexual abuse images. Franklin previously served as the senior pastor of Wellington Assembly of God Church in Wellington, Kansas, and was also an army chaplain.
