A Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist was arrested in California Wednesday over allegations that he was in possession of child sexual abuse material. Darrin Lawrence Bell, 49, allegedly had over 130 videos of sexual abuse connected to an online account, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said Thursday.
