MEET ARMY STAFF SGT. DALE L. HORN SGT. Horn has been given a title that is usually only granted to tribal elders. This 5'6", 25 year old Floridian with "blond streaks in his mustache" has been made a sheik. He was elevated to this position because of his work with 37 Iraqi villages. The other sheiks approved by a voice vote(unanimous in my book).
