Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, a rising star in the Democratic Party who was recently considered for a position in President-elect Joe Biden's cabinet, is coming under fire for her administration's handling of a surge in violent crime in her city. Saying she was 'open to suggestions' on stopping the crime wave, the mayor was on the defensive over the holiday weekend after three people were fatally shot in the city, bringing Atlanta's homicide count to its highest in more than two decades.

TAMPA, Fla. - A North Port man was arrested after he allegedly tossed golf clubs from his van at other cars, then assaulted an FHP trooper who ended up having to use a stun gun on him. Troopers say they received a complaint this afternoon about the driver heading northbound on Interstate 75, throwing golf clubs from his work van near the Sun City Center Boulevard exit. When a trooper caught up with him near Fowler Avenue and pulled him over, they say the driver – later identified as Jonathan Edward Day – got out of the van clutching a...

Let’s begin with the conclusion so as not to keep anyone waiting: Punishment under the law is no longer acceptable in a “woke” society. One may still be subjected to legal prosecution if the crime threatens the Left, as happened to Donald Trump, Carter Paige, and Michael Flynn. “Truth,” however, has nothing to do with such prosecutions of convenience, although punishment is highly acceptable under informal social norms. So, we have “cancel culture” that can ruin a person’s life in an afternoon, moving right along until the victim enters his eternal rest.Rejecting legal punishment except in political cases can be...

Lauren Boebert (R-CO) spoke to Breitbart News Wednesday and made clear she will “carry a firearm each day in D.C.” Breitbart News reported that Boebert asked Capitol Police about carrying a gun shortly after winning the November 3, 2020, election. James Hunter pulled the trigger. But he had help. The pandering politicians, the woke eastsiders, the fawning reporters on the 6 o’clock news, the people who shouted into the bullhorns, the academics who consecrated a movement, the profane haters outside the Public Safety Building, the corporate titans and their leftist revolution, the people who spraypainted hashtags across a city, the pro-criminal policies of a morally bankrupt state, the blind leaders of the blind in pulpits and press conferences, the millionaire athletes in various leagues. They all helped pull the trigger.

Legislation to place the Austin Police Department under state control has been drafted for lawmakers to consider in the coming January session, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced Monday. The Republican governor wrote on Twitter Monday afternoon that the Legislative Council has sent “draft language” for a proposed law that would transfer control of the Austin Police Department (APD) to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) “just in time for Christmas.” “One way or another we will pass a law to keep Austin safe,” Abbott wrote. According to the draft obtained by KXAN-TV, the takeover would only apply to municipalities...

Joe Biden supported capital punishment unvaryingly over his 36-year Senate career. He helped enact legislation that expanded the practice. As veep, he served a president who (on paper) backed the death penalty, and not only for homicide. Still, because of Biden, the current spate of federal death sentences consummated under President Trump will be the last for years at least. Now publicly against the death penalty, the president-elect has done a glaring turnabout, albeit in lockstep with America’s governing class. The total of all executions in 2020, state and federal, is 17—lower than any yearly sum in almost three decades,...

by Laurie AzgardThe corrupt “United States Court of appeals for the Fourth Circuit” completely dismissed former USWGO alternative news reporter Brian D. Hill’s fraud upon the court ground and his actual innocence ground in his 2255 case under federal Writ of Habeas Corpus. It is a short memorandum opinion, then simply dismissed. No ruling on the actual merits, I do not believe that the corrupt “Fourth Circuit” is even reviewing over the evidence at all. The opinion being short for such a complex criminal case is very revealing that the Fourth Circuit federal court of appeals could care less about...

Los Angeles County’s new district attorney is coming under attack for the policy changes he announced his first day in office. Just after being sworn into office Dec. 7, George Gascón announced that he was eliminating cash bail on non-violent offenses as well as enhanced prison sentences. He also said that his office would not longer seek the death penalty and would take a less aggressive approach on lower-level offenders. Attorney Brian Claypool — who represents several child victims of suspects who have been charged or sentenced under special crime enhancements — announced Wednesday that he was heading a campaign...

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Loved ones of Los Angeles County crime victims are blasting new District Attorney George Gascon's move to lessen charges filed against those accused of violent crimes. Immediately after taking office, Gascon issued a special directive that effectively ends cash bail, the death penalty and sentencing enhancements in L.A. County prosecutions. Critics say the directive is a blanket requirement that will release violent offenders back onto the street where they could reoffend. "He's running a social experiment that is dangerous for all of us because his whole goal is to release all these criminals out there in...

We’ve all known that Facebook and other social media and Big Tech companies have been indirectly helping Joe Biden and his campaign to become the next president of the United States.Through their unfair and biased censoring, they have literally controlled the flow of information and convinced millions of Americans that the views and concerns of conservatives are nothing more than conspiracy theories and lies. This has had a major impact on the 2020 presidential election and it should be a crime. Now, a new report is alleging that around $500 million was donated by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla...

Note: This corrupt judge from Roanoke, VA, yet another corrupt chief judge in the Western District of Virginia sends a message to the entire world wide web and this blog that Brian will never be acquitted ever under these corrupt U.S. district court NAZI judges. They refuse to protect the constitutional rights of the American people including Julian Assange a journalist who helped cause Donald Trump to become President. It is time for the U.S. Military to declare “Law of War” on the traitors and seditionist Deep State, shut down our Federal Courts and State Courts, and implement temporary martial...

Minneapolis residents, like the droves of fleeing Californians, refuse to learn from experience. They vote for fools, get foolish policies, and act surprised when their voting habits produce utter garbage. An article from December 1st in the Minneapolis Star Tribune ran a headline declaring that a “Staggering” surge in violent carjackings continues across Minneapolis. This was entirely predictable and avoidable, but residents quoted in the piece wanted to support the police reform efforts after the George Floyd overdose. Well, they are living through police reform and don’t like it. This is further proof that however long the phrase “they want...
