Donald Trump is blaming rival Ted Cruz - wrongly - for President Barack Obama's health care law. Trump says Cruz is "the one that got Justice Roberts onto the United States Supreme Court. He pushed him, he approved him and Justice Roberts approved Obamacare twice when it should have been rejected." Trump says, "Ted Cruz gave us Obamacare."
