Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today announced the appointment of Peter Siggins as a justice in the First District Court of Appeal, Division Three. Siggins, 50, of Sacramento, served as legal affairs secretary to Governor Schwarzenegger from November 2003 to November 2005. From September to November 2005, he served as the Governor's interim chief of staff.
