Last year, I wrote a series of articles about the campus “porn culture”—the depraved, anti-woman atmosphere that dominates far too many campuses. As I said then, “Women are constantly degraded on campus. They are valued for their looks, bodies, and sexual prowess—not their minds. They are often required to watch hardcore porn in class and encouraged to participate in “porn star lookalike” contests during “Sex Week,” the biggest event of the year…[this is] a real war on women—and it’s being waged by sexual liberationists who control the academy.” After I published these articles, many readers expressed their loss of...

Is Gomer Pyle one of the Four Horseman of the Liberal Apocalypse? The superficially surprising thing about last week’s announcement that Jim Nabors had married his boyfriend of four decades was not so much the nuptials themselves – I always felt Gomer was just going through the motions with Lou-Ann Poovie. Rather, it was the cultural reaction to the news that a huge star back in his day had decided he would tell even if we didn’t ask. There was no reaction. America, including conservatives regardless of their feelings about gay marriage, collectively shrugged their shoulders and generally wished the...

As the son of a woman, the husband of a woman and the father of daughters and granddaughters, I celebrate the record number of females who are now United States senators. However, I do see some differences in the way these and other women are treated, depending on their party, policies and beliefs. Diane Sawyer broadcast a celebratory report last week on ABC's "World News Tonight" on which she gushed about the "record number" of 20 female senators. Senator Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., also praised the Senate female population. Senator Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., said she won't be satisfied until there are...

Who is Mitt Romney? If Americans didn’t know who he was before, they know now. Tuesday night at the RNC convention in Tampa, Mrs. Ann Romney destroyed the stereotype of an out-of-touch Romney family. She entered the Tampa Bay Times forum to a roaring and standing crowd with many chanting, “We love you Ann!” Romney spoke directly to a struggling America. She told them personal stories about her struggles with breast cancer, living with MS and raising five children. She spoke of the love her husband has given her through more than 40 years of marriage. “I want to talk...

Why is it that "Conservative Women" like Ann Coulter, Laura Ingram, Christine O'Donnell and the like are well into their 40s and 50s and still are not married of have any prospects. Seems to me that having a normal family would be one of the largest conservative things that they can do.

Despite doing an excellent job, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker should immediately resign. Readers of the Tygrrrr Express know that its unofficial motto is to never let principles get in the way of the author's personal desires. They also know that fake headlines are a great way to see how many imbecilic liberal bloggers will link to it without reading the column because they think everybody agrees with their wretched views. As a staunch supporter of Wisconsin Governor Walker, it is still time for him to step down. No, I have not lost my conservative mind. He is fabulous. It would...

In the news recently was a story about a workshop being held for guys, to show them how to release their inner child. Step one: learn how to cry. Reading that article made me cry, from sheer frustration. Listen up, guys. Despite what you hear from feminists and other assorted do-gooders, the majority of women most assuredly don't want to see you break down and cry....

There’s a new book out this week entitled A Strange Stirring: The Feminine Mystique and American Women at the Dawn of the 1960s, by Stephanie Coontz. I cannot give it a fair review — I’ve ordered the book but haven’t read it yet — but here’s a peek from Kirkus Reviews: “A sharp revisiting of the generation that was floored by Betty Friedan’s The Feminine Mystique (1963), and how the book is still relevant today…. A valuable education for women and men.” To give you an idea of those who support the book, consider this endorsement from Elizabeth Gilbert, author...

My military friends have a favorite saying: "If you're not catching flak, you're not over the target." This campaign season, conservative women in politics have caught more flak than WWII Lancaster bombers over Berlin. Despite daily assaults from the Democratic machine, liberal media and Hollywood, the ladies of the right have maintained their dignity, grace and wit. Voters will remember in November. When "comedian" and "The View" co-host Joy Behar lambasted GOP Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle this week as a "b-tch" who would be "going to hell" for using images of illegal-alien gang members in a campaign ad, Angle...

This should not come as any surprise, considering many women manage family household budgets, as well as start and maintain new small businesses. Also many conservative women are running for public office and this coming Tuesday could see a “spike” in the numbers on the federal and state levels. Also many, many women have had for nearly two years, been involved with the “tea party movement”, from attending to planning them. Sadly, many women have also been subjected to layoffs from job positions, which also make the people of my gender turn against the Democrats.

NYT columnist Maureen Dowd's support for women and equality in politics ends -- when the women are Republicans! Dowd has filed her nails and filed her Sunday column, newsroom sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT, and the fur is set to fly against "Republican Mean Girls." "Jan, Meg, Carly, Sharron, Linda, Michele, Queen Bee Sarah and sweet wannabe Christine -- have co-opted and ratcheted up the disgust with the status quo that originally buoyed Barack Obama," writes Dowd. "Whether they're mistreating the help or belittling the president's manhood, making snide comments about a rival's hair or ripping an opponent for spending...

Think you know Sarah Palin? The former Alaska governor has been in the spotlight ever since John McCain named her as his running mate on Aug. 29, 2008. Yet, while practically everybody has an opinion about Palin, not all of those opinions are grounded in reality. Many of them are based more on a "Saturday Night Live" caricature than on the living, breathing, 46-year-old mother of five. The real Sarah Palin is a complex woman who has risen in no time from obscurity to the stratosphere of American politics, fusing celebrity and populism in novel ways. Now that she's laying...

The femisogynists just cannot let Sarah Palin go. Ever since she came out of the closet as a feminist, their heads haven’t stopped exploding. When you add in the number of strong, successful, conservative female politicians who have emerged in the past year, it’s no wonder that the fascist feminists have been going through a major identity crisis. The Sarah Palin feminist story is actually pretty old news, but the feminist left just can’t stop bringing it up. The latest to join in on the cacophony of complaints is the executive vice president of the National Organization for Women (NOW),...

Demeaning Sarah Palin continues. A strip club in Chicago has decided to do a look-alike contest. Potential upside via HuffPo, “Some proceeds from event will be donated to the Tea Party Movement. No word yet on whether this counts as family entertainment.”

ABC News' Teddy Davis reports: Sarah Palin is hammering President Obama for putting unprecedented limits on the use of U.S. nuclear weapons, comparing him to a kid in a playground who is asking for a punch in the face. "It's unbelievable. Unbelievable," said Palin on Wednesday evening while appearing on Sean Hannity's Fox News program. "No administration in America's history would, I think, ever have considered such a step that we just found out President Obama is supporting today. It's kinda like getting out there on a playground, a bunch of kids, getting ready to fight, and one of the...

I was in Texas performing at a tea party rally (singer/songwriter of the American Tea Party Anthem). While waiting for my wife, I wandered into the hotel pub. It was Ladies Night. A cowboy practically had a line of women waiting to dance with him. He held them, firm but gentle. He confidently led and they gleefully followed. Each knowing she was in good hands. I, along with others, by the looks on their faces, thoroughly enjoyed watching him dance with the women. Why did we enjoy it? It represented the way men should be and how women want them...
