I have detected a serious YouTube security threat that needs exposure. All IT and security experts welcome to please check into my findings and chime in. Here is what I found so far. Years ago this was a problem. Just going to youtube or Google mail at all even on another tab without logging in would load strong spyware in your browser and even in your machine permanently which required reinstalling your OS to remove. It tracked logins on other tabs and was gaining access to keyboards, microphones, and cameras even if you just landed on their site by accident....

A pilot was preparing to take off from a Texas airport when he was suddenly arrested on a disturbing charge -- forcing a cancellation. A Frontier Airlines pilot was taken into custody by Houston police on board a plane at George Bush Intercontinental Airport on Saturday night. The airman, later identified as 45-year-old Seymour Walker, was removed from Flight 3195 before takeoff due to an outstanding warrant for assault-family violence. Law enforcement timed the arrest for when Flight 3195 reached its assigned gate at George Bush Intercontinental Airport around 4 p.m. Officers boarded the empty plane and took the pilot...

Well, ladies and gentlemen: the chips are down — literally and figuratively. Two years ago, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris touted their “Chips Act” to bring the semiconductor industry back home from Taiwan, China and Singapore. The price tag on the bill: a cool $280 billion of corporate handouts. It was arguably the largest corporate welfare bill in American history. Intel, Micron, Global Foundries, Polar Semiconductor, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Samsung, BAE Systems, and Microchip Technology have been the direct beneficiaries of the law. This was supposed to be one of the “Crown Jewels” of the Biden-Harris admin. A massive...

The Thomas More Society is defending a pro-life Florida woman who is suing Google for deplatforming her without explanation and keeping her data. The attorney group is representing 76-year-old Trudy Perez-Poveda in her lawsuit against Google in a trial court in Jacksonville, Florida. Perez-Poveda argues that without explanation, Google deplatformed her an hour after she emailed members of her pro-life group in September to join her for a peaceful Catholic Mass and prayer gathering in front of A Woman’s Choice, an abortion business in Jacksonville. Google then refused to allow her access to more than 11 years of her stored...

Hey folks. My current computer, while relatively new at about 18 months, has been problematic since purchase. Since it was only a lateral move in performance, I'd like to upgrade to a new machine, a problem-free one. These are the specifications I am looking for: Not Intel-based. I hear Intel is having major problems with their chips lately, and that the chips are simply frying outright. Maybe that is only for a certain set of chips, so I could be convinced to return to Intel, but I'm leaning towards AMD or other mainstream chipsets. I'd like it optimized for gaming...

Olympic bosses dramatically doubled down on their decision to allow two boxers who failed a gender test to compete in Paris - after the opponent of one withdrew from their bout in tears after just 46 seconds. Amid deeply disturbing scenes on the outskirts of Paris, Italy's distraught Angela Carini quit her contest with Algeria's Imane Khelif, who was disqualified from last year's World Championships after being deemed biologically male. The defeated welterweight was hit twice, suffered a suspected broken nose and barely threw a punch before telling her corner: 'It's not fair.' She then sank to her knees, beat...

In this image, the person on the left is real, while the person on the right is AI-generated. Their eyeballs are depicted underneath their faces. The reflections in the eyeballs are consistent for the real person, but incorrect (from a physics point of view) for the fake person. Credit: Adejumoke Owolabi ==================================================================================== By using astronomical methods to analyze eye reflections, researchers can potentially detect deepfake images, though the technique includes some risk of inaccuracies. In an era when anyone can create artificial intelligence (AI) images, the ability to detect fake pictures, particularly deepfakes of people, is becoming increasingly important. Now,...

The World Economic Forum Partnership against Cybercrime (WEFPAC) appears to be a joint effort of banks, Big Tech, and the Deep State to secure total control of the world’s financial system and usher in a new era of digital tyranny. In this video, Webb warns of a new WEF initiative – called a “public-private partnership” – which is effectively a partnership between the Deep State, Big Tech, and the banks – against the public interest. She reveals how this criminal conspiracy against the public is simply a refinement of the techniques of control that this corrupted elite has practiced for...

Ballot manufacturing is the collection of ballots, from places ballots deliberately accumulate due to proactively being sent to such locations where the voter does NOT reside - those ballots are then voted for that person by Leftist groups. In each of the 26 states - including every swing state - where we have the voter rolls, we can demonstrate enough fake voters, real voters at fake addresses, real voters at real but ineligible addresses, real or fake voters at transient locations - like a college - voting from there for 20 years - to impact a statewide election. ...we have...

TikTok and other platforms owned by the China-based company ByteDance will be removed from all House-managed phones on Aug. 15, the chief administrative officer (CAO) of the chamber announced on Tuesday. The news marks the latest example of Congress cracking down on the popular app amid national security concerns sparked by its parent company. “Starting August 15, 2024, the CAO Office of Cybersecurity will initiate the block and removal of all ByteDance products from all House-managed devices and app stores,” Chief Administrative Officer Catherine Szpindor wrote in a memo to House staffers that was obtained by The Hill. “ByteDance applications...

My wife's Windows 11 laptop is in an infinite loop trying to install an update that fails to install then immediately tries to install it again. This slows the laptop of so much that it is unusable. Below is a screenshot of the update screen displaying the offending optional update. I have searched and searched the Interwebs to find out how to make an update stop trying to install but have had no luck. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Do you have your VMware ESXi hypervisor joined to Active Directory? Well, the latest news from Microsoft serves as a reminder that you might not want to do that given the recently patched vulnerability that has security experts deeply concerned.CVE-2024-37085 only carries a 6.8 CVSS rating, but has been used as a post-compromise technique by many of the world's most high-profile ransomware groups and their affiliates, including Black Basta, Akira, Medusa, and Octo Tempest/Scattered Spider. The vulnerability allows attackers who have the necessary privileges to create AD groups – which isn't necessarily an AD admin – to gain full control of...

She loved disco dancing to Michael Jackson and even started an all-girls dance troupe. She was well-liked, known for her laugh and bubbly personality. But as Kamala Harris amps up her presidential campaign it’s unlikely voters will hear much from her about how she spent her formative years in Canada, a DailyMail.com investigation has learned. Harris was crushed when her divorced mother told her they were moving from California to Montreal – and she remained homesick for the duration of their five-year stay in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. There is no mention of her Canadian education in Harris’s...

McDonald's reported a surprise fall in sales in the April to June quarter - as customers cut down on trips to the fast food giant. Americans placed fewer orders than a year ago - meaning sales were down by nearly one per cent. Globally, sales fell by a similar amount. McDonald's saw fewer customers, but it said those who came spent more because of price increases. It was the first sales decline since 2020 when the pandemic shuttered stores and millions stayed home. Profits also slumped by 12 percent. Big price rises - including fan favorites like a Big Mac...

A new study suggests that the first of seven key pyramids in Egypt, the Step Pyramid of Djoser, was built using a hydraulic lift. Dated to about 4,500 years ago, this would move up the introduction of major hydraulic systems from previous beliefs. The landscape, waterways, and interior architecture of the pyramid all point to the hydraulic system.

French Gates told the Times she decided to get involved in politics after the 2022 Supreme Court decision that overturned Roe v. Wade, the half-century-old decision that had protected abortion rights. "I knew I had to speak out in favor of women's rights, and if there was a candidate who is against women's rights and says terrible things about women, there is no way I could vote for that person," she said. Melinda French Gates thinks the new generation of billionaire activists aren't doing enough. Gates also called Elon Musk's criticism of her political endorsements "silly." Gates says she will...

Need recommendations for a search engine. Got lazy and have been using Duck Duck Go, which seems to be Google in disguise. Today have been trying to find a discussion of the video from the Trump shooting that seemed to show a muzzle blast or explosion of some sort in the crowd behind Trump. I heard on the radio that it may have been an agricultural chemical under pressure that was released. On DuckDuckGo, I get page after page of pablum from CNN, NPR, PBS, Newsweak, Reuters, and other party organs that have nothing to do with my request. Can someone...
