The Dean campaign: The day after Iowa MANCHESTER, N.H. – After a night of nearly no sleep, we left the UC Washington Program center at 6 a.m., arriving in Manchester, New Hampshire at noon, entirely embedded in layers and layers of clothing, and feebly contending with the 10 degree temperature and 20 mph winds.
