A plane carrying four people in bad weather crashed Monday morning in a remote part of central Pennsylvania, killing the pilot and injuring the three passengers, officials said. The Piper Arrow was flying from Tennessee to Philipsburg, where it had been given clearance to land at 2:47 a.m., shortly before the crash, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
