In this context, we can classify yesterday’s incident of the Syriac Catholic Church of the Arch-Baghdad as the first test for the released Synod statement, to check the reactions of the patriarchs, bishops and church officials on the challenges facing Christians in the Middle East, and was not an encouraging experience.
