The U.S. economy created jobs at a much slower pace than expected pace in September, a pessimistic sign at a time of concerns over the path of the pandemic, stubbornly high inflation and dysfunction in Washington. Nonfarm payrolls rose by just 194,000 in the month, compared to the Dow Jones estimate of 500,000, the Labor Department reported Friday. The unemployment rate fell to 4.8%, against the expectation for 5.1%.

Is it really a surprise that a formal move toward police repression of its political opponents – siccing the FBI on critics of Critical Race Theory – is coming from the chief law enforcement officer of the Biden regime? The latest polling indicates that the already low public approval of the Biden presidency is declining further. The prospects for any improvement in these numbers are poor. We have a massive wave of inflation ahead, with gasoline and natural gas both rapidly increasing in price, and both hard to cut back on. The chaos of the surrender to the Taliban augurs for...

What has been done to so many people by so few people has been orders of magnitude worse than anything that COVID-19 virus has done. Just imagine if no one knew that there has been a 'novel' COVID-19 virus 'pandemic' sweeping our nation and the world for the past 20 months or so. What if people weren't subjected to nonstop body count and 'case' tallies? What if they didn't know about the hyper-wrong, grossly inflated death projections in early 2020 from that mathematical virus model and its always-wrong author in England? What if we hadn't had a similarly accuracy-challenged little...

Rumble — Joe Biden's entire administration is collapsing before his eyes right now. "Last night, I was on the television... er, the television. I was on the telephone..." Biden Gives One of Most Incoherent Speeches of Presidency

Imagine being the Los Angeles Times assignment editor last week and you find out that despite pledges that Joe Biden's son, Hunter, would have no contact with the people buying his art, he would be rubbing shoulders with them at his glitzy art show in Hollywood. In addition, among the attendees would be Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti whose nomination as ambassador to India has been stalled in the Senate. So the editor looks at all this and decides to not send anyone to report on that rule-breaking event.

At least five prints of Hunter Biden’s artwork have already been sold for $75,000 each and a team of lawyers is vetting potential patrons who plan to attend his upcoming gallery show in New York City — which has now been delayed until the spring, The Post has learned. The Georges Berges Gallery sold the prints before the Oct. 1 opening of a “pop-up” presentation in Los Angeles, a source familiar with the matter said Thursday. It’s unclear who purchased the reproductions — which cost a fraction of the top price of $500,000 for an original piece by President Biden’s...

As mentioned earlier, Fox News is recognizing its 25th anniversary today, a success story no matter how you look at it. The network was built from scratch, had all manner of competitive obstacles placed in front, and has been the focus of wrath from many in the media. All they have done is gradually become a market force, an industry leader, and a political influencer. And Brian Stelter cannot take it. While there are many in the press delivering various degrees of veiled praise and outright scorn for the network today, Stelter’s ode to Fox is the most revealing. He...

Assessment could likely increase pressure on U.S., other world powers to restore the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran. Iran is now reportedly within roughly a month of having enough material to fuel a nuclear weapon. The prediction comes from experts studying data in recent reports by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the United Nations’ atomic inspection group, who say Iran has enriched enough nuclear fuel in recent months to reach near bomb-grade levels and has gained the capability to produce the fuel needed for a single nuclear warhead within roughly a month, according to The New York Times. The newspaper...

The White House said Thursday that the Biden administration is not taking action at this time in response to gasoline prices hitting seven-year highs and elevated crude oil and natural gas prices, adopting a wait-and-see approach while insisting “all tools in the toolbox” remain at the ready. White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre made the remarks at an Oct. 7 briefing in response to a question about what steps the administration was taking to keep rising gasoline, natural gas, and oil prices in check. “We continue to monitor global energy market supply, and we’ll work with our agency partners...

The U.S. economy added 194,000 jobs in September and the unemployment rate fell by 0.4 percent to 4.8 percent, Labor Department reported Friday. The September numbers are even worse than the disastrous report from August, showing only 235,000 jobs created. (August’s reported gains were revised up, however, from 235,000 to 366,000.) The sluggish pace of jobs created surprised experts again, as they predicted about 500,000 jobs created, but the economy fell short again. The jobs numbers were expected to rise significantly in September, as expanded unemployment checks from the federal government expired. But the report shows that Americans continue to...

Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas on Sunday expressed support for US Border Patrol agents who are disciplined by the Biden administration, pledging to hire them if they fear that their jobs are in jeopardy. During an appearance on "Fox News Sunday," host Chris Wallace asked Abbott to respond to the videos and images that showed agents on horseback charging at Haitian migrants near the Texas border, which elicited a torrent of outrage from many across the country, including President Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and many members of Congress. Abbott immediately laid blame on the president, criticizing his administration...

Fox News’ year-over-year losses were sharper. The network shed -39% of its average total audience, -44% in the prime time demo, 39% in total day viewers and -44% in the total day demo. Now, to be fair, Fox News set cable news records in Q2 2020. Tucker Carlson Tonight averaged more than 4.3 million total viewers per original broadcast, a quarterly record for a cable news show, and the network as a whole averaged 3.57 million viewers in prime time and 1.96 million in total day – also cable news records for quarterly viewership. So, a steep decline in Q2...

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace said Sunday on “MediaBuzz” that he is “very grateful” to be living “rent-free” in the head of former President Donald Trump when asked about Trump’s criticisms of his debate moderation skills. Referencing the first 2020 presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, which was hosted by Wallace on September 29, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio, anchor Howard Kurtz said, “By the way, Trump still takes shots at you over the first presidential debate that you moderated last year, saying, oh you didn’t have control

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that they did not hear President Donald Trump’s 2020 election case because it did not meet “normal criteria.” Anchor Chris Wallace said, “One of your arguments against seeing the court’s political is the fact that it refused to even hear the appeals from the Trump campaign about the 2020 election. Didn’t even hear it them.” ......SNIP...... Wallace asked, “Why was that?” Breyer said, “Why was it? Because they didn’t bring a case, I guess, that met the normal criteria for being heard. When we decide to...

During an interview on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” FNC’s Chris Wallace challenged Gov. Pete Ricketts (R-NE) for opposing President Joe Biden’s mandate for the COVID-19 vaccine but not for other diseases. Ricketts said, “We have been encouraging people to get vaccinated. We’ve been providing information encouraging people to reach out to their neighbors because vaccines work and they will help people. But it should be a personal health care choice. This is not something that the government should mandate, and somebody shouldn’t have to make the choice between keeping their job and getting a job in the...

Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace said Wednesday on CBS’s “The Late Show” that he does not have people on his show “who were the leaders in the Congress of challenging” that President Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 presidential race. Host Stephen Colbert asked, “I’m wondering whether you and your fellow Sunday morning guys out there who are doing the Sunday shows talking about the week if you ever feel like you shouldn’t have on people who have the irrational belief that the last election was stolen.”

On Election night 2020 six battleground states announced they were going to quit counting before midnight and go home for the night. The six states all had Democratic governors, except for Georgia who had Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. President Trump was ahead in each state before the “pauses.” Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada mysteriously quit counting around midnight. At least, that is what was announced. We know now that counting continued in several of the Democrat strongholds and ballots were shipped in by van in the dead of the night to at least...

The governor of Texas has been accused of attempting to make it harder for people of color to vote, after he moved to end one county's 24 hour and drive-through voting. Greg Abbott, a Republican, appeared on Chris Wallace's Fox News show on Sunday morning. Republicans in state legislatures have filed scores of elections-related measures this year, some of which stem from baseless claims by former President Donald Trump and his allies challenging the results of the presidential election.

Much like her husband, she was a Hollywood actress-turned prominent political figure. In celebration of what would have been Nancy Reagan's 100th birthday, Fox News' Chris Wallace recounts the glamorous and controversial life of the former first lady – from her childhood as a backstage baby, to her own Hollywood career, to her marriage to Ronald Reagan and her long run as the consummate political spouse and guardian of the Reagan legacy. Wallace joined "Fox & Friends" Tuesday to discuss the exclusive Fox Nation special, "Nancy Reagan: An American Story." "One of the treasures of my long career… was that...

During an interview with former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Fox News host Chris Wallace attempted to excuse the inaction of the Biden administration over the Wuhan lab leak by suggesting Trump and Pompeo did nothing for a year.“You also criticized President [Joe] Biden for not pushing hard enough on China to look for the origins of the coronavirus,” Wallace charged, adding “But I want to again go back to your administration and the record there.”Wallace continued, “President Trump and his team, including you, had almost a year after the COVID-19 first came on the scene to really press Beijing...
