FORT HUACHUCA — On a hill not far from Brown Parade Feld, a large white star shined on a Christmas NOEL scene. The field and houses and former enlisted barracks dating to the late 1800s, lining the north and south ends of the field, were lit with festive lights adding an even more glow.
