    Four freshman football players at a New York City college were arrested this week after robbing a bus driver in Jersey City's Journal Square last month, Port Authority police said. Alanta Barbour, 18, Albert Chisley, 19, Harvey Ray Robinson, 19, and Keonte Yorkshire, 18, were arrested Monday and charged with robbery in connection with the Oct. 15 incident in Journal Square, Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo said.
