Brisbane residents have slammed Queensland Health for telling them to wear face masks when they drive, even if they are alone. Queensland Health posted on Facebook informing users of the rule after the state government introduced new measures to stem the spread of the deadly disease. 'Do I need to wear a mask in my vehicle? We've been getting this question a lot,' the post read. 'The answer is yes.' Many residents were left enraged and baffled by the rule. Many questioned why they should be forced to wear a mask alone in their car when there is no risk...

All the bad news is actually a Blessing. For fear of sounding perverse please consider these points. The bad news of Trump not having a second term, the Republicans betraying Trump, the government institutions like the DOJ, FBI, State Courts and Supreme Court betraying Trump and the American people, the degree and scale of corruption by the Democrats to brazenly steal a national election, the media blackout and censoring, and on and on... is a blessing. Why? Because it allows you to see reality clearly and once you know that, you can move forward. Moving forward means understanding and learning...

If you’ve ever been to a Korean restaurant, chances are you’ve been to a place that serves something called budae jjigae, or Army Base Stew. If it was at a Korean barbecue restaurant or bar, you probably glossed over it in order to get to the cook-it-yourself grilled meat section of the menu. What I wouldn’t do to go back to one of these spots right now. (Although one time I snuck some of my own raw meat into a Korean barbecue restaurant, and I am not sure I should ever go back. This is my personal burden and the...

Taco Bell knows you're upset about losing potatoes. It's sorry it hurt you. And it's bringing them back. Last year, Taco Bell cut a number of items from its menu, including two dishes that featured its seasoned potato bites: Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and the Spicy Potato Soft Taco. Those two items will be back in restaurants on March 11, the chain announced on Thursday. Rumors of potatoes getting axed started to swirl last summer after a Reddit user, identified as a verified employee, said potatoes were leaving the menu. Taco Bell soon confirmed the news, leading to a stream of...

Like Warnock's win in Ga. This seat is lost for 2 years only. We can recover. Up to now it's always been my hope a statewide winner like the Gov. would be the ideal candidate. That was then. There are 2-4 house types who have won their districts convincingly. Who is the best and will he step up? Play it safe and stay in the house? It could be that the best candidate would be anotherFlake(y). Az. is trending blue and it could be our last chance. Remember the seat's good for 6 years and mid term may help.

Yesterday, we announced that we are closing comments at American Thinker. We immediately received a couple of hundred very unhappy, angry, and sometimes insulting emails about that decision. Without divulging why we made that decision, here are a few points to ponder.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Wednesday Sen. Rand Paul, exactly one week after the attack on the Capitol described the events as a “bad day in our history.” When asked if the Capitol event would cause tensions within the Republican party and this is what he had to say. “You know I think it was a bad day in our history. What happened at the Capitol was led by people who had this misguided notion that the Congress should or would overturn the Electoral College. What I try to explain to people over and over again is the Electoral College is based...

Teamsters President James Hoffa, Jr. provided a controversial — and profane — opening act for President Barack Obama in Detroit, "President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march.... Everybody here's got to vote. If we go back and keep the eye on the prize, let's take these son of a bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong," he added.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—With Trump closing in on a record second impeachment in 4 years, he is now close to filling out his impeachment punch card that grants him a free sub sandwich of his choice in the Capitol Building cafe. "It's a little-known addition to Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution you may not have heard of," said Constitutional scholar Jenna Ellis. According to Ellis, the full section reads as follows: "The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high...

Tom Cruise has shelled out “huge sums” for two high-tech robots to enforce coronavirus safety protocols on the set of “Mission: Impossible 7” – and also administer spot tests to the crew, according to a report. “Tom is so serious about making sure the shoot isn’t shut down that he’s splashed out on these robots as he can’t be everywhere to ensure people are behaving themselves,” a source on the set told The Sun. Shooting resumes this week in the UK before the production heads to Dubai, the source said. The 58-year-old megastar — who recently blew up at two...

Actress Rose McGowan has denounced the House of Representative’s impeachment of President Donald Trump, calling it “cult propaganda” for the left as well as an effort at “mass distraction.” In a blistering tweet on Thursday, the Charmed star also blasted the country’s political ruling class, saying that elites are sowing division and ignoring the people who are “starving, sick, and poor.” “This impeachment is Cult propaganda. A theater of mass distraction. US cult members on the left will cheer, those on the right will be in a fury. And the country’s starving, sick & poor will sink farther & farther,”...

ESPN’s domestic coverage of US college football’s National Championship between Alabama Crimson Tide and Ohio State Buckeyes is set to be the least viewed matchup since the introduction of a title-deciding game. Alabama’s comfortable 52-24 College Football Playoff victory over Ohio averaged 18.7 million viewers across the ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU channels, resulting in the lowest linear television audience in the 23 years since college football has decided a champion with a year-end game. Though further figures from ESPNews and the ESPN app are expected to push total numbers past the 19 million mark, the game is still unlikely to...

FEATURE — Anyone wanting a dose of authentic European architecture and ambiance does not have to hop on a plane and “cross the pond” but drive just over four hours south of St. George to what one writer called “The largest antique ever sold.” That large antique is the London Bridge, which is now located in Lake Havasu City in northwestern Arizona. It’s not the original London Bridge, nor is it one that inspired the nursery rhyme or song. Even so, it is an impressive sight in the United States. A series of bridges have spanned the River Thames in...
