  • Why Did Biden Census Bureau Add 2.5 Million More Residents to Blue-State Population Count?

There is something very fishy about the new 2020 Census Bureau data determining which states picked up seats and which states lost seats. Most all of the revisions to the original estimates have moved in one direction: Population gains were added to blue states, and population losses were subtracted from red states. The December revisions in population estimates under the Biden Census Bureau added some 2.5 million blue-state residents and subtracted more than 500,000 red-state residents. These population estimates determine how many electoral votes each state receives for presidential elections and the number of congressional seats in each state. Is...

The Census Bureau will finish collecting data next month so it can deliver population tallies to President Donald Trump by the end of the year, and will meet his order to exclude undocumented immigrants. In a statement late Monday reported by Politico, Census Bureau Director Steven Dillingham announced measures intended “to accelerate the completion of data collection and apportionment counts” by Dec. 31 and will stop “field data collection” by Sept. 30. Dillingham also said the bureau “continues its work on meeting the requirements” of Trump’s order to calculate the number of congressional seats each state will have in the...

2020 Census Operational Adjustments Due to COVID-19 We’re adapting or delaying some of our operations to protect the health and safety of our staff and the public and make sure we get the same population counted another way. The 2020 Census is underway - more than half the households across America have responded - and more are responding every day. Online, phone and mailed self-responses will continue throughout the data collection process. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the U.S. Census Bureau has adjusted 2020 Census operations in order to: Protect the health and safety of the American public and...
  • Despite Democrats' Fearmongering, There’s a Long Precedent for the Citizenship Question

The hard left in America will stop at nothing to reshuffle all that we know to be true about America and the values we hold dear. The Betsy Ross flag, so celebrated as a symbol of freedom by Americans, is now racist.  Our brave and overworked agents on the southern border aren’t honored for saving the lives of men, women and children abandoned by human smugglers, but are accused of running ‘concentration camps.’  And now the most basic part of our national identity – citizenship – is under attack. The evidence is mounting that Democrats want to reshape what “American” means....
  • Beware Soros-Funded Hijacking of US Census

"Are you a U.S. citizen?" Only in self-defeating, sovereignty-eroding America is the idea of asking whether people living in America are American citizens for the American census a matter of controversy. On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on whether the Trump administration can include a citizenship question on the high-stakes 2020 Census questionnaire. Thank goodness, the conservative majority indicated support for allowing it. There's already such a question on the annual American Community Survey administered by the Census Bureau. It was asked in long-form questionnaires sent to a sample of households in 2000. And it was regularly asked...
  • After Supreme Court Arguments, Odds of Keeping the Citizenship Question on the Census

On Tuesday the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Dept. Commerce v. New York, the case against the Trump administration for adding a question about citizenship to the 2020 census. According to those who watch SCOTUS closely and were in the room, it looks like the Trump administration is on the way to a win. In Supreme Court arguments on adding a citizenship question to the census, all signs pointed to the usual 5-4 split, meaning that the court’s conservative majority is poised to allow the question.— Adam Liptak (@adamliptak) April 23, 2019 Supreme Court's ideological divide on full display as...

The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday asked the Supreme Court to bypass the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' and decide on whether or not the Trump administration's ban on transgenders in the military is constitutional, NPR reported. From the court petition: In 2018, Secretary of Defense James Mattis announced a new policy concerning military service by transgender individuals. Under the Mattis policy, transgender individuals with a history of a medical condition called gender dysphoria would be disqualified from military service unless they meet certain conditions. The question presented is: Whether the district court erred in preliminary enjoining the military...
