The bikini-clad teenager who was tackled and thrown to the ground by a Texas police officer has reached a six-figure settlement with the city. Dajerria Becton, 18, will receive $148,850 from the city of McKinney three years after a video of the incident went viral and sparked protests and discussions about police treatment of young black people in America.
