A senior level IT source within the California Department of Motor Vehicles has informed CTH within the past 48 hours California officials have instructed DMV data programmers to remove the internal coding flags for the drivers licenses of illegal aliens in California. As you might be aware, California passed a law known as AB60 authorizing illegal aliens to receive drivers licenses throughout the state. Within the administrative functions of the state DMV database a designation code known as “AB60 code” was created to flag those specific licenses as containing “Federal Limits Apply”.

SAN FRANCISCO -- The director of elections in San Francisco says a polling inspector made off with up to 75 ballots, a voting roster and other election materials in a bizarre heist. John Arntz said Tuesday that around 4 p.m. Pacific a polling inspector broke into the ballot-counting machine, scooped up the ballots and stole a memory pack that records information from the ballots. He also stole the cell phone of a teenage poll worker. Arntz says police and sheriff's officials know the poll worker's name and are investigating the theft. Go to www.franklincountyohio.gov. Go to the election results. One district (Gahanna 1-B) shows Bush getting more votes than total votes cast in every other race. Each race is showing approx. 600 votes. Bush alone got more than 4000.

The Franklin County Board of elections has posted a PDF file showing the precinct totals in the county. One of the precincts is clearly in error, Gahanna 1B, which lists Bush with 4258 votes, to Kerry's 260. No precinct has that many voters, and in fact the "public precinct count" for that precinct (number of voters who entered a voting booth) is listed as only 638. Forensics tests are being done to determine the identity of a dead woman found early this afternoon. Her body was found at around 1:30 Friday afternoon in an orchard off of Bradford and Hart Raods about 5 miles east of Delano. Delano Police are investigating, along with the Sheriff's Department to determine if the body may be that of a missing 21 year old Delano woman. Maggie Bermudez has been missing since Monday.
