Fort Sill officials are taking issue with a column that appeared on retired Col. David Hackworth's Web site on Monday. Appearing in the online magazine DefenseWatch under the header "Fort Cheat," the harshly worded column centers its cross hairs on the U.S. Army's Field Artillery School at Fort Sill. It seems funny to me that the Col. has been silent on John Kerry's medal situation when in the past, he has always lead the way in exposing fraudulent medal claims such as Admiral Borda. There is nothing on his web-site, not even a scratch, concerning the current Kerry medal flap. John Kerry was in-country 4 1/2 months and won I believe the Silver Star, Bronze Star and 3 Purple Hearts.
