In a charging affidavit, police said an officer was conducting speed checks in the 4600 block of E. Moody Blvd. around 12:36 a.m., which is when he noticed a white Camaro park next to him. Boy dies after collapsing during P.E. class in Lake Elsinore A community is mourning after a young boy collapsed and died during a P.E. class in Lake Elsinore on Tuesday. That tragic day started out as a typical school day for 12-year-old Yahshua Robinson. He was participating in P.E. activities at Canyon Lake Middle School when he suddenly collapsed and became unresponsive. Yahshua’s family said despite the response from medical professionals, the boy died from cardiac arrest at the hospital.

BRUNSWICK, Md. - Authorities say a two-year-old Virginia boy died after being bitten by a pit bull-mastiff mix at a family gathering in Maryland. CONCORD — State officials on Wednesday identified the prisoner who died at the medium security state prison in Berlin following a fight as James Dale, who was convicted of the rape and murder of a 6-year-old girl in Hopkinton in 1997. Dale, 65, was involved in a “resident-on-resident” assault on Monday in the Northern New Hampshire Correctional Facility, according to a statement issued by Attorney General John Formella and Corrections Commissioner Helen Hanks. The statement said New Hampshire State Police and Attorney General’s Office prosecutors are investigating the circumstances of Dale’s death. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.

Rickson "Ricko" Williams, 21, went to bed at his home in Wallaville, Queensland, Australia, on January 11 but never woke up. According to a post from Amplus Academy, the student was identified as senior Jordan Brister.
