Former Stars wing Raymond Sawada died at 38 years old Monday while playing a game of hockey, his family announced via a GoFundMe page created to honor his memory and help his family. He is survived by his wife, Nicole, and their daughters, Victoria, 9, and Charlotte, 6.
“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden passing of Ray Sawada,” the GoFundMe page read. “At age 38, Ray passed away on the evening of Monday April 10, 2023, while playing the game he loved.”
The family did not share the cause of death. However, according to Richmond News, Sawada suffered cardiac failure Monday night at a recreational league game that he enjoyed playing in. The city of Richmond in British Columbia confirmed to the publication that a medical emergency occurred that night at one of its rinks.

I’m not so sure that’s true. Before Covid, we didn’t have people breathlessly scouring every worldwide death of young people like many do today. That’s a huge difference.
That’s because there was no need. Everyone knows one and often more vax injured people. I never saw a sudden death on TV.. now we see them.

Until a complete study is done comparing death rates pre and post Covid, I don’t see any outcome that will bring a constructive result that would satisfy both sides of the issue. All points on the person in question are factual for sure.

When are the deniers going to admit that the sudden death of young and previously healthy athletes is not normal? Or, at least that it used to be “not normal”. Now, the Covid vaccine-harm deniers can point to the number of deaths last year in this segment of society, and say “See many young healthy active people died last year so there is nothing new about these sudden deaths”.
They can’t all be over-doses or previously un-diagnosed heart conditions. Professional and college athletes undergo full medical check-ups at least once a year. How can so many heart issues go undetected. Is our medical profession now THAT incompetent?

Incorrect. That stuff would have been even more covered because it hardly ever happened. The stats of dead athletes show markedly increased deaths. Especially under 20s, they are unprecedented numbers.
Thats just one place reporting about some studies performed.
