This person can't read. The federal government has DEFINED schools as "day care facilities": Any place that houses students for [the better part of the day] or 8 hours a day. They have publicly made a list of "things we can control" and "daycare facilities" was one of them.

Susan B. Anthony did her part, but public education started with the Unitarian Universalists in BAAAHSTON, MASS.
It was their contention that parents didn't have what it took to educate their children. Elitists!!!

Do some more research honey. Better yet: Get Charlotte Iserbyt's book, Deliberate Dumbing Down of America and get a real education.

I worked in a home for the mentally retarded when I was first married in 1973. There was a woman I took care of who was middle aged then, her name was Lillian. She was completely unable to care for herself; apparently was brain injured. She communicated by means of a message board. She could tell you what she wanted or answer questions by pointing to that area on the board with a wooden pointer which looked like a drumstick. It fit nicely in her hand which was unable to open completely, but she could use that stick now! She even would tell you she would give you a whipping with that stick. She could tell jokes, ask for a Dr. Pepper which was her favorite drink, heck she could do LOTS of things with that board. Of course sometimes, we couldn't tell what she wanted, and that was a shame. Perhaps it wasn't on the board.

MY POINT EXACTLY! The bigger crime (sin) is to let her die... Let's not hide behind the facade of arguing for the Constitution. Typically, legislators don't give a damn about Constitutional issues. I say: let them quit hiding behind their supposed love for the Constitution and do the right thing!!!

He doesn't want any $$$ spent on her afraid that she'll be sufficiently recovered to drop a dime on his a** for attempted murder. Can't the legislature see that????
What's wrong with those people? I watched the debate in the House last night on the internet and those people arguing against her feeding tube reinstatement hiding behind the issue of "constitutionality". Well, I'm all for the Constitution being followed, but let's be real guys: can you picture Geo. Washington, or Thomas Jefferson or Madison saying, "Well, it's not what we intended with 'separation of powers'....IDIOTS! They need to get their collective heads outta their butts so they can see something.

And what's up with her parents? Why didn't they stage a Rambo-style raid on that hospice joint and rescue their daughter. That's what I would have done. NOTHING would stand between me and MY child, guardianship or NO guardianship. There's such a thing as the "right thing to do"....

Which is a bigger sin? Supposedly 'breaking the separation of powers' clause in the Florida or US Constitution or letting an innocent woman die when you COULD have done something about it?

AND JEB BUSH!!! He could have invoked EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE and intervened without the Legislature taking their good sweet time about doing something.

Yeah, he's the Knight on the White Horse now, but you watch his butt pucker come election time. He just might lose his seat.
