I would like to request your Prayers and thoughts for myself, and my family for the very unexpected passing of my wife. Many of you have seen me refer to her as Mrs. Rikkir, but her name was Patsy. She was 55, and mother to one daughter, and Mee Maw to three grandsons. She was a KY farm girl, who took a stupid NC city boy, and, 29 years ago, pulled him from a self destructive path, and instead gave him a path of love and responsibility. She was universally loved by almost all who met her. I have fielded...

WASHINGTON – The last minutes of Jose Santos Amaya Guardado’s young life were hell. The 17-year-old was lured into the woods by three of his classmates at the federally funded Homestead Job Corps in Florida. Outside the live-in vocational school, the students pulled out a machete, police say, and began to hack away at him. As he lay in a pool of his own blood, the attackers threw him in a shallow grave and set him on fire, authorities say. Accused ringleader Kaheem Arbelo, 20, allegedly marked the moment by having sex in the woods with student Desiray Strickland, 18....

"We're going to drill Hillary," the star told FOX411 at the Television Critics Association Q&A session for his ABC series. "It will be horrible personally if Hillary continued [to lead the Democrats], but it will be great for the storyline if she continues."

A teenager has died in Colorado after playing a game of Russian roulette while hanging out with his friends. He died in hospital. Several other teens were at the home when the incident happened but Leiba was the only one playing Russian roulette. 'He shot it once, nothing happened,' his friend Selena Aguila told CBS Denver. 'He shot it twice, nothing happened. Then, he shot it the third...

3 Doors Down frontman Brad Arnold recently stopped singing mid-performance to kick out a male fan for hitting a woman in the audience during the band's July 14 concert in Broomfield, Colorado according to a Friday, July 17 report from Mashable. Brad Arnold spotted the man being abusive to the female in the audience and went off on the man. “Hang on, hang on, hang on. Hey, hey homie. You don’t hit a woman,” Arnold yelled to the man. “You just pushed a woman out of the way to get in a fight, you d**k! Get him the hell out...

Celebrating America’s freedom nearly cost Lane Pittman his. The 22-year-old University of North Florida senior was issued a citation on July 4 for breaching the peace following a raucous guitar rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner” and a verse of Ted Nugent’s “Stranglehold.” Pittman said, however, he was nearly arrested and sent to jail for the night. “I’m going from this emotional high, and then all of a sudden I just go to this extreme low of being in the back of a police car,” Pittman told Fox News. “I can’t tell you how many times they told me I would...

A road trip down old Route 66 led to a Wild West-style motel shootout for a pioneering CNN anchor and her former-soldier hubby. Lynne Russell — the first woman to ever solo-anchor a primetime network news show — and Chuck de Caro, 65, had stopped at a Motel 6 for the night in Albuquerque when an intruder slipped into their room as Russell went to grab something from the car around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. “I opened the door and he materialized out of nowhere; he was inside,” she told The Post. “And he pushed me into the room and onto...

From the Desk of Rand Paul Dear Concerned American, They snickered when I said I came to the U.S. Senate to change Congress. But their laughter stopped when I sponsored the National Right to Work Act to free U.S. workers from forced unionization and break Big Labor's multi-billion dollar political machine forever. President Barack Obama and Big Labor allies in the Senate are now feverishly scheming to bury the National Right to Work Act without a vote. So I have a question for you. Will you be the sledgehammer? Your signature on the petition to your Congressman and Senators is...

The Justice Department is reviewing a complaint from failed Republican Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle after allegations that Sen. Harry Reid's campaign engaged in voter intimidation and broke campaign finance law in his re-election campaign. Laura Sweeney, a spokeswoman for the Justice Department, told FoxNews.com on Friday that the department is reviewing the complaint filed by an attorney for Angle that followed a National Review report about internal e-mails among Harrah's casino executives and a campaign staffer for Reid. The e-mails appear to show the group orchestrating an effort to push Harrah employees to get out and vote for Reid.

I'm not much for vanities, so please forgive me this one. Why isn't ABC showing the Indy 500 in Hi Def? Did they have technical difficulties, or did someone at ABC sports decide it wasn't important enough? I personally couldn't care less who wins Indy, my style of racing starts this afternoon at 5pm, but I thought it would be cool to watch Indy in Hi Def. After listening to the media pundits imply that Indy is so much more sophisticated than NASCAR, you would think they would spend the money to broadcast it at the highest level possible. Almost...

Thirty million albums ago, a Florida-based rock band named Creed debuted on the American music scene with an album called My Own Prison. Led by singer Scott Stapp, Creed peppered its records with religious phrases and tributes to God and even a condemnation of abortion. One reporter labeled the band "Bible thumping rockers," while another opined that the problem with Creed was that they lacked "the crucial hell-raising and devil-may-care abandon that elevates rock to transcendent heights." These were just some of the many Creed-bashing reviews that would appear in print as the band reached the top of the rock...
