The Justice Department is reviewing a complaint from failed Republican Nevada Senate candidate Sharron Angle after allegations that Sen. Harry Reid's campaign engaged in voter intimidation and broke campaign finance law in his re-election campaign.
Laura Sweeney, a spokeswoman for the Justice Department, told FoxNews.com on Friday that the department is reviewing the complaint filed by an attorney for Angle that followed a National Review report about internal e-mails among Harrah's casino executives and a campaign staffer for Reid. The e-mails appear to show the group orchestrating an effort to push Harrah employees to get out and vote for Reid.

Holding my breath on how the DOJ will get right on this and come to a just decision. Now turning blue. Now passing o
Uh; didnt they shout that from the roof tops when the dismissed the New Black Panthers case.
On the floor of Holder's office
Angle is black, right? Then she has a case. Oh wait, she’s white. Sorry, move along..
House Judiciary Committee...
Harry slimeball was on a roll!
This seems like a very technical legal issue. Does Angle have standing to make the complaint or should it be made by an employee impacted by coercion/intimidation?
Proving they bused in illegals and that voting machines were switching Angle votes to Reid seems like a better bet, no pun intended.
The same thought...
A black conservative woman is like a white conservative man, for the demonrats.
The odds on Democrat success are about the same as the suckers who gamble at Harrahs.
What would be the outcome of a successful case? They won’t overturn. Slap on the wrist,i bet Harrahs gets in more trouble.
If they are investigating this, the real crimes must be massive!
Depends on what, if anything, is found. And by whom. I don't expect the crooks at the DOJ to do anything about this, but if there's a boatload of evidence that an actual crime was committed (or several crimes), people could go to jail. If nothing else, it could hound the libs through the next election and spark some legislation among the states or at the federal level that would put a serious damper on future voter fraud.
How about investigating that suspicious “power outage” that resulted in voting being extended by an hour. Let me guess, SEIU members were in charge of the generators?
Accidental power outage (snort). Right.
That one sure stinks to high heaven.
It would hound them if it received broad media coverage. Aside from that however,no matter what,no matter how many go under the bus, dirty Harry won’t be touched.
That is the way to go...
Do not count on the crooks at Justice Department, gather the proofs and then, turn those to the House Committee that is responsible for investigating, by that forcing the JD to act upon it.
At least, not being an American, I think is the solution.
PS: Did I get i right?
Is the Justice Department the only group that can investigate this? What about civil suits or other kinds of legal actions?
It is a forgone conclusion that the Holder Justice Department will say that there was nothing wrong.
