Congratulations to Chuck Schumer for doing the right thing — Took “guts” and courage! The big Tax Cuts, L.A. fire fix, Debt Ceiling Bill, and so much more, is coming. We should all work together on that very dangerous situation. A non pass would be a Country destroyer, approval will lead us to new heights. Again, really good and smart move by Senator Schumer. This could lead to something big for the USA, a whole new direction and beginning! DJT

ASHLAND, Ohio (WJW) — Ashland County sheriff’s deputies said two people, whom they described as illegal immigrants from Honduras, were held in jail following a crash near Pleasant Hill Lake. One provided an identification card with the Social Security number of a deceased U.S. citizen. Edwin Lazzsano was arrested on misdemeanor charges after deputies say he resisted arrest and obstructed official business, following a March 4 crash on Township Road 2916. Reports from Ashland County Sheriff deputies said Lazzsano was not cooperative and struggled with deputies as they tried to handcuff him. “He was here illegally,” said Ashland County Sheriff...

Kristi Noem (R) to lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), putting her at the center of an administration focused heavily on immigration. The 59-34 vote to confirm Noem capped off a relatively smooth process even as other nominees face more intense scrutiny.

The Buckeyes (13-2) got the semifinal victory in the same stadium where 10 years ago they were champions in the debut of the College Football Playoff as a four-team format. Now they have the opportunity to be the winner again in the debut of the expanded 12-team field.

Please pray for my oldest child this holiday season. I pray that she is warm and safe. God, please help her. I miss her so much and pray she comes back to us soon. If I could trade with her so she could be home safe and clean, I would take on all of it. I'd take her place for anything she's going through right now. I've prayed quietly for so long, and sometimes I don't feel like God is listening. I miss all of our softball practices together. I miss all of it. Jesus, please help.

Lane Thomas’ aggressive approach at the plate paid off again for the Cleveland Guardians in Game 5 of the ALDS on Saturday. On the first pitch he saw from Detroit Tigers starter Tarik Skubal in the bottom of the fifth inning, Thomas blasted a grand slam to help the Guardians to a 7-3 victory and advance to the ALCS. "He threw one pitch over the middle and I put a good swing on it. It's as simple as that," Thomas said afterward. "I don't know how many scoreless innings he threw [in the series], it just takes one."

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. slammed the jury’s verdict in former President Trump’s New York hush money case Thursday, calling it “profoundly undemocratic” and warning it will “backfire” against Democrats in November. “America deserves a President who can win at the ballot box without compromising our government’s separation of powers or weaponizing the courts. You can’t save democracy by destroying it first,” Kennedy wrote on the social platform X. “The Democrats are afraid they will lose in the voting booth, so instead they go after President Trump in the courtroom.”

Miriam Adelson, the wife of the late billionaire Sheldon Adelson, has reportedly pledged to spend more than $100 million to support former President Donald Trump in the upcoming general election after staying neutral in the Republican presidential primaries this year. Adelson, an Israeli-born physician who specializes in substance abuse, is set to finance a rejuvenated pro-Trump super PAC, Preserve America, which was initially formed for Trump’s reelection bid in 2020, Politico reported Thursday. The Adelsons contributed $90 million to Trump in that election cycle. Sheldon Adelson, the casino magnate who died in 2021, was the most generous single donor for...

U.S.—Kamala Harris chuckles as she tells the story. Not the chuckle of an insincere politician making up a story to appeal to her base, but the chuckle of a warm, loving woman. The kind of chuckle you would chuckle while hanging out with your family or locking up non-violent drug offenders for decades. She recalled in her interview with The Babylon Bee how as a little girl she helped slaves escape to the North on the "undewgwound wailwoad." (Did we mention how warm and sincere she was? It was like talking to your best bud). "My parents were pushing me...

This story doesn’t seem to have picked up any steam in the last few hours. A google news search shows about four reports on it worldwide over the past 6 hours. I suppose the media will be able to ignore it with wall to wall debate coverage today. Sorry for the vanity all, I just thought this story might have more legs. An unnamed source Fox reported on just named himself. Surely Fox would cover that right? Maybe I’m just being impatient? Does this NOT seem like as big a deal as it seems to me? Anyhow, here is the...

CLEVELAND — When Governor Mike DeWine wanted to change the date of the Ohio primary last month he couldn't under the state's constitution. However, Dr. Amy Acton, the state's Health Director, could and did. By statute she has the ability "to make special or standing orders or rules… for preventing the spread of contagious or infectious diseases." State Representative John Becker (R-Union) said that statute goes too far. "There's been an epic abuse of power,” Becker told News 5. As a result he's introducing this week a bill titled NOW, Need Ohio Working, that would make Dr. Acton's orders recommendations...

Istanbul — Turkey has the biggest coronavirus outbreak in the Middle East, with more than 117,000 confirmed infections. More than 3,000 people have died. But the government claims to have a lower fatality rate than the global average estimated by the World Health Organization at over 3%. The Turkish government imposed weekend-only lockdowns and banned only those under the age of 20 and over 65 from leaving their homes during the week, in an effort to limit the economic impact of the pandemic. Turkey's Ministry of Health says the relatively low death toll is thanks to treatment protocols in the...
