Please pray for my oldest child this holiday season. I pray that she is warm and safe. God, please help her. I miss her so much and pray she comes back to us soon. If I could trade with her so she could be home safe and clean, I would take on all of it. I'd take her place for anything she's going through right now.

I've prayed quietly for so long, and sometimes I don't feel like God is listening. I miss all of our softball practices together. I miss all of it.

Jesus, please help.

Many I am sure on FR are dealing with broken hearts also, to some degree or another. I am praying that God will protect and return your daughter home.

Thank you pollywog and all for your kind prayers. Every day is tough, but today as our temps dropped I just couldn’t help but cry out to God and to those here who I know are strong in their faith. I know that many share the same pain or worse. And I pray for them too.

I’m praying for you and your lovely daughter, mmichaels1970.

We were very close to where you are now, but our youngest was able to finally realize the dead-end he was on and came to us asking for help several years ago. He enrolled in rehab and stuck with it. We’ve been there every inch of the way with him. It’s been a long, tough journey, but he is safe, healthy and doing well now. He just got engaged, too. So there is always hope.

I hope you can find your lovely daughter and I pray she finds the strength to ask for your help. Do not abandon her, do not turn your back on her whatever you do. It’s along, tough journey, but it will work out for you and her.

Thank you. I pray every day for a similar outcome. We’ve gotten to the rehab step many times. But then it’s “poof”, gone. We’ve even been grateful for arrests, only to see like five failures to appear on the same case, followed by warrants, go without consequence. Judges are zero help.

I hope things change, I pray things change, and I won’t give up. Thank you!
