I know I'm probably in the minority so far on this release of Jill Carroll but a short few months ago, this girl was on camera with a gun to her head with a threat of being killed if some prisioners were not released and now we hear from her own lips that she was at an Iraqi club med? They were sweet to her, TV, Newspapers, toilet priveliges and all the food she could eat? Now, I expect this from NPR and MSNBC but not FoxNews. This story isn't passing the smell test...

If I understand it right, there are two things Kerry's Plans say will create jobs. The first involves closing a tax loophole and the other involves tax credits for companies that create a job. Now my two part question. Is the tax loophole Kerry plans to close the FICA tax? A number calulated based on some tax formula as a precentage of the workers gross income. (I may be incorrect about how FICA is derived but correct me if I'm wrong here) The second part is, if an American worker is paid 15 bucks an hour to do a job...
