With 402 of 412 precincts reporting, conservative business owner Marilyn Musgrave has won the GOP primary for the 4th congressional district in Colorado. Musgrave defeated liberal attorney Jeff Bedingfield, capturing 64% of the vote. She will face Democrat Stan Matsunaka in the November election.
