A North Dakota man accused of mowing down an 18-year-old with his car because he thought the young man was a “Republican extremist” has pleaded guilty to manslaughter after initially being charged with murder. Instead of the prospect of life in prison, Shannon Brandt, 42, now faces a maximum sentence of 10 years behind bars in connection with the death of Cayler Ellingson, KVRR-TV reported. Brandt’s attorney, Mark Friese, told the news station earlier this month that the local prosecutor had dropped the murder charge on her own and that “it was not a part of any plea deal.” Continue...

Metal detectors, placed at all unlocked school entrances with surveillance cameras (which are quite affordable). And yes, with armed school personnel trained and ready to defend. Now why wasn't the $100 billion sent to Ukraine directed to school security instead? Explain. We know President Trump wanted to do precisely this. Steven Cheung, a Trump spokesman said that “there had been no bigger defender of the Second Amendment than President Trump.” He said that Trump had offered other proposals after mass shootings, such as adding security guards to schools and allowing teachers who are licensed to carry a weapon to do...

A Second Amendment Grade for President Trump So Far https://www.heritage.org/firearms/commentary/second-amendment-grade-president-trump-so-far 1. As with Trump’s rhetoric, most of his administration’s policy efforts have been consistent with his promise to protect the right to keep and bear arms. 2. In his first term, President Trump largely lived up to his promise to protect Americans’ Second Amendment rights. 3. There have been a few missteps along the way, but on the whole, the Trump Administration has kept its word when it comes to our right to keep and bear arms. In his most recent State of the Union address, President Donald Trump promised...

We reported earlier on the train derailment that took place in East Palestine, Ohio ten days ago on Feb. 3. Because there were chemicals on board the cars and they were concerned about a potential explosion, they had what they said was a “controlled release” of chemicals to reduce that risk after evacuating residents within a one-mile area. But now, many people are concerned about the effects of the release despite the assurances as to the quality of the air. Animals in the area are dying and it’s understandably making people upset. A reporter who was covering the story and...

FairTax gonna put a tax like 25% at the checkout stand ..... Say What? Yeah, 25% sales tax ..... uh-huh ..... yep. Maybe 28%, yep. I know what you're thinking: "OH HELL NO. GTFO!" I was posting intensely ten plus years ago about the FairTax. Went to Houston, visited Leo Linbeck Jr. who has since passed on. I studied the history of taxation. The initial GTFO! reactions did not deter, did not phase me. Why? Because 51 years elapsed between a flawed unconstitutional income tax passed in 1862 (quickly repealed) and the 1913 16th Amendment. ..... 51 fricken years. So...

By Andrew Torba CEO, Gab.com Jesus Christ is the King of kings Conservative Inc And The Deal With The Daily Wire Devil JANUARY 20, 2023 This week Steven Crowder made headlines for turning down a 50 million dollar term sheet offered by The Daily Wire. The point of this article is...

Long, but important read: Supreme Court considers Brunson v. Adams Friday, December 16, 2022 7:30 PM By Tim Canova Professor of Law and Public Finance Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law While there has been much public attention on the U.S. Supreme Court’s present consideration of the “independent state legislature” theory in Moore v. Harper involving North Carolina’s redistricting, that case would not immediately upend the 2020 presidential election. In contrast, a little-known case that appeared recently on the Court docket could do just that. The case of Brunson v. Adams, not even reported in the mainstream media,...

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump This morning regarding the J6 Committee: Was just advised that the Unselect Committee of political Thugs has withdrawn the Subpoena of me concerning the January 6th Protest of the CROOKED 2020 Presidential Election. They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court. Perhaps the FBI’s involvement in RIGGING the Election played into their decision. In any event, the Subpoena is DEAD! https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/109594266191175004 This morning regarding the duplicity of Mitch McConnell: Something is going on with Mitch McConnell and all of the terrible and virtually automatic “surrenders”...

Here's the purpose as reported by Steve Bannon: The purpose is to: NEUTER THE INCOMING REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED HOUSE What? How? The only leverage the incoming GOP has in Congress is the: POWER OF THE PURSE The trillion dollar Lame-Duck Omnibus creates a purse for the Establishment and thereby renders the GOP impotent in 2023. It's not over, it can still be defeated. Take this thread and this post and...

An SOS From Ground Zero Maricopa County Hangs in the Balance Kitty Gillespie I love Arizona. I’ve lived here since fleeing Chicagoland in 1984. It’s the most amazing place to live. And living in the Phoenix area (the now infamous Maricopa County) gives its residents the best of all worlds. Palm trees. Cactus. Swimming pools. Arizona Office of Tourism weather that the country covets half the year. Driving around the state is easy and always an adventure. The Grand Canyon. Tombstone. Antelope Canyon. Winslow and Route 66. Lost Dutchman’s Gold Mine. Sedona. Bisbee. Petrified Forest. Jerome. This is big sky...
