I would actually encourage Little League players to learn to speak Spanish if they have pro aspirations. Spanish speaking players abound in MLB. Speaking Spanish is a valuable skill in the majors. Ask Tommy Lasorda.
The one question no one has ever answered (to my satisfaction) is how exactly would the U.N. implement and enforce Agenda 21 in the U.S.? The answer is, they can't, because they are an impotent conglomeration of corrupt world-power wannabees who have neither the political nor financial clout to do much of anything. Sort of a global department of motor vehicles who's purpose in life seems to be annoying people with their inane socialist agendas. And to think the U.S. would put up with their nonsense is absurd. I think the best way to handle the U.N. is just say no.
The "special interest" alarm is a red herring. Every single voter when they walk into the booth is at the very least a special interest of one. Should others share your views on a particular issue, you have a special interest group. The politician who claims to have no "special interests" I find the most suspect. And I also suspect all those special interest groups who, out of the pure goodness of their hearts, seek to eliminate special interest groups.
