    If one were to list the top 10 items of importance to the American people and poll the conservative position, we would likely find 70-80% approval of the conservative position. The problem lies in the fact that even if someone agrees with you at such a high rate they may vote what they perceive to be their own self-interest on the parts with which they disagree.     The Republican Presidential field should release their academic records one by one. Let the media start evaluating and commenting on those records. Eventually the media would realize that Obama's records are not public. I would like to see Palin release her records. I actually want their to be some sort of blemish that the media could not help but report.

    Can any freeper tell me when a lawyer crosses the line from representing his client and participating in his crime? If his client is facing multiple civil actions for fraud and the lawyer seeks to silent would be witnesses through intimidation thus allowing the defendant to continue perpetrating the fraud upon others, has the lawyer broken any laws?
