To Whom It May Concern; The California Department of Justice’s (DOJ) proposed “emergency regulations” regarding the issuance of concealed carry weapons (CCW) licenses smack of complete political hypocrisy and demagoguery, as well as political retaliation against Californians who may disagree with the current policies and leadership within the California State government.
