At least two hospitals in Southern California have been found to be vaccinating the relatives of employees working at the facilities, instead of those in the priority groups including the elderly. Redlands Community Hospital in Culver City say they found themselves with 'extra' doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine and so reached out to people who didn't work at the medical center.
