SHANKSVILLE, Pa. — Vice President Kamala Harris and former President George W. Bush will visit the Flight 93 memorial in Somerset County for the annual observance of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the National Park Service said. Names of passengers and crew members will be read at 10:03 a.m., the time that Flight 93 crashed into a field in rural Shanksville after being hijacked on Sept. 11, 2001.
