NORMAN, Oklahoma (AP) -- The father of a University of Oklahoma student who committed suicide outside a packed football stadium using explosives said Monday his son didn't intend to harm anyone else or push a political agenda. Joel Henry Hinrichs III, 21, died Saturday when a device attached to his body exploded about 8 p.m. while he sat on a bench, officials said.
