LAGRANGE, Mo. -- A video showing LaGrange police officers shooting a dog is creating an Internet sensation and drawing the ire of some city residents. City residents said the owner of the dog, Marcus Mays, was ticketed for not keeping it on a leash or in a pen. The LaGrange city clerk confirmed Mays has a city court appearance for the city ticket today in LaGrange.
