The Stevens Point Journal reports that police got a report at 9 p.m. Wednesday from a 25-year-old woman who said she was walking downtown when she felt something hit her chest. Police said the incidents occurred between 9:30 and 11:00 p.m., EDT Sunday in neighorhoods across the city.
